Some electrolytes these days taste so good, even if they don't have sugar in them. One to two servings of electrolytes a day is reasonable for most people according to Dr. David Perry. He says it depends on metabolic health: Are you at a healthy weight or insulin sensitive? You can probably get away with a couple packets of Stevia sweetened electrolytes a few times a day versus someone who's sugar addicted.
