We're trying to basically collapse the capex necessary and also the operating cost of runnig rcycling facilities, so that more facilities can be built. A huge part of why soay, so few plastics are our being sorted, is a lack of access to curveside programs. If you look at places inin africa and southeast asia, they don't have a lot of waste management infra structure. And if you can create incentives in those places to cycling, then you start to really go after these problems.
