Patent trolls don't have customers at all, because they do nothing but sue people who use it. So there's no reputation to protect. There's no actual reason for to be on anyone's good side or have some sort of public image. The lawyers in east texas would take these patent lawsuits while their parents were the ones hearing the cases. And we found that, just statistically speaking, the judges never made the patent rolls pay any damages if they lost, and never toss the lawsuits.
