There's basically what I would call the informal credentialization that was what I was just describing, which is like, let's kind of convince people that they need this master's degree in order to get professional advancement. And then the formal credentialization, which has definitely happened in the education side, which is you cannot be a teacher unless you have a master's degree or you, you know, that the layers of higher education that are required in order to obtain this degree.
