The Last Thanksgiving Weekend of 2016

Joel Michael Guy Sr. and his wife Lisa were killed in their Knoxville, Tennessee home on November 26, 2016. Their 28-year-old son Joel Jr. had never once held down a paying job after graduating from college with aspirations of being a plastic surgeon. The couple's last Thanksgiving was the final one they would have at their Golden View Lane home before moving to neighboring Sir Goansville. After killing his parents, Joel Jr. cut off his father's hands then dumped them into a pile of shredded clothes. Then he stabbed his mother so deeply that it actually severed several of her bones.
