Government housing policies were a tremendous driver of wealth inequality, because homeownership is the most powerful engine of wealth generation. To say the state should be exempt from solving a problem that it helped create seems to be illogical and so I would make an example carve out an exception for that. The other exception I would carve out for is climate change. And this is one without David I don't know we've never talked about this but I take climate change very seriously I believe in the science behind it. So those are those are some examples hopefully that I am not just toting to the progressive orthodoxy.
