Scottish Public Opinion on an Independence Reflection

Jane Garvey and Fieglover look at Scottish public opinion on an independence referendum. They say it's very difficult to know how the constitutional debate is going to play out eventually most of the border. Kate Forbes has been talked about certainly in the longer term as perhaps the person with the talent that's required but this doesn't exactly come at the best of time for her.
