The Art Versus Science of Intelligence

The Wall Street Journal has an informal partnership with NACSAR, satellite imagery. We're probably going to look at other sorts of applications, I'm sorry, cooperation with companies doing RF and stuff. And we might even be able to say, hey, we can't pay you, but we'll task you to do this particular problem for us. The open source environment is not fully formed or working as it could be in the government environments that we've discussed before. But there's a great deal of power involved in such an ecosystem being formed on both sides.
