The Georgians Were So Fucking Messy

I researched the Georgians because I was like, well, why were the Victorians so uptight? And the reason is that Georgians were so fucking messy. Like they were just literally, there weren't enough places to bury people. Women were encouraged not to come to a funeral because they may get too emotional. So normally, if you were going to a funeral, you would be on a hillock away from it and the men would carry it. You'd have to sort of like, you wouldn't get any sandwiches from there at all. They had no idea. There was disease everywhere.
