The Pros and Cons of Body Fat

Body fat is the most inflammatory tissue so especially in men like visceral fat becomes a problem and that's the body fat surrounding the organs. A healthy body is a responsive body, same with somebody who wants to drop body fat or gain muscle. We were not set up biologically to be over fat or obese or have beyond 20 25% body fat. Getting guys to live in the 15% range may seem like psychotic, but literally having visible abs will carry you a lot farther in terms of your health. And everything else is going to come along with it because testosterone is not the only hormone in a man's body.
