To succeed at Silicon Valley and probably in other industries, that requires a prioritization decision. Most people can have whatever one thing they most want but it's very hard to have it all. I think like many people, my 20s were about success and hashtag crushing it. And now there's like a small narrow kind of work that is really important to me and a small set of people that are really important toI don't have room in my life for other stuff.
