Starting an Academic Lab

i learn so much working with her, even noww you know, writing or emals and what not. You get to see the growing pains of building something from the ground up. Starting an academic lab is like starting a little company. Hire good people. V what you're going to do and not do. And i don't think that enough young people understand that. They mostly get thrust into it, but they don't see it.
