The mental health system is a very disjointed. I feel like there's not enough providers out there particularly. If you can't just talk to your provider about how anxious you're really feeling and how to press your really feeling but talk to your primary carers first. Just talking a little bit about the availability of care right now is abysmal, it's a disaster. The emergency room should be open 24-7 because they will observe you. They'll clear you medically but you're going to have to sit in that bed for at least an hour before they evaluate you.
