Culture Is So Overlooked, You Know, in Non Physical Labor Jobs
I feel like culture is so overlooked. It's very well managed. We have a strict no assholes rule for anyone that works or any clients that we work with. I fired two clients recently because they were not nice to the people working on their account. If you're paying what everyone else pays, there's no loyalty. People are ready to change jobs really easily. And if that 20% is something you can afford, it dramatically makes a difference in that person's quality of life and that person's loyalty and treatment of the business back to you.
