What Are the Importances of a Loading Period?

The oral training process of a just overloading or loading and adapting, is an interesting aspect of this. For examp, think thinking t like introducing a loading period, but then recovering from it at the appropriate moment. You need a marker for when it's time to stop your loading face and go into the recovery face. And they are like a thing that most athletes and coaches are doing that, i feel. So they plann for a hard week, and then they just crushing the training. But we are actually publishing a study based on the same data.
