"I was really excited about learning how to do it more intentionally and maybe more restfully than setting up chairs at church," he says. "Growing up, my family had like, practiced Sabbath, but it was like, we go to church early and set up and work all morning and then go home and like, watch football." He adds that growing up in a town where everything was closed on Sunday made it easy for the day when you just kind of did nothing.
