Having a Strong Opinion

When do you fight the battles that you know you are right on, or you want to do things a certain way? And when do you just learn to humble yourself and just say that that's not what i'm willing to get umset over. Ah, and it takes time. It's not like, ok, let's sit down and have a big conversation. You know, it's just like little little sentences, or little quick conversations that happen over time. As time goes on, i think it's gotten easier, and we can have some harder conversations.
