How to Find a Mother's Helper

I think over scheduling is one of the things that really, I believe because I didn't want to be home alone with my kids. And if I could keep them in activities and we were so exhausted, it was just like we got home, we had dinner, we get to bed, but there was no connection happening. When I provided more time for connection, then my kids did better. Not making elaborate dinners all the time. Because now I'm like, what can we order? Okay, guys, I don't know. Is it pizza? What can we have breakfast for dinner?
