Buck: Most ergs that i'm aware of have dealt with in general, are populated and led by middle managers who are still a little wan st they do what they're told. So my advice is, tell me what you need, and i'll try to go get it. That's mymy advice to h r folks again, prick o the agents, cause we're not goingto ask. We're not going to ask sombody.
