The Florida College Board Bans AP Psychology as a Course for High School Credit
The state has effectively banned AP psychology as a course for high school credit. Florida officials said districts could still offer the class, but only if the material completely omits sexual orientation and gender identity. A federal appeals court on Tuesday ruled that trans students in Indiana must be given access to bathrooms consistent with their gender identity.
