The Importance of Debt Forgiveness

Climate change risk is being factored into the way that central banks all around the world operate. They have to factor that in Australia's reserve. Bank factors in climate change risk, the financial and superannuation regulator, APRA here in Australia recently said that all regulators and companies had to factor climate risk in. But that brings you back to that whole idea of debt forgiveness for poor countries. I'm not quite sure how much debt forgiveness we've seen, but we have seen other tactics.
