The US dollar tumbled to a one-year low against the basket of currencies on Friday. Backing this trend, the only major developed economy where regime change has held out promise of monetary tightening is Japan. The new Bank of Japan governor Kazuo Yeweeda struck a Dovish tone at his inaugural press conference earlier this month.
