The History of the Income Tax
I don't believe anybody when they say we're only going to hit people who make more than acts. That's how we started the income tax in the first place. Once you institute that thing, it's very easy to just dial the knob down. There's a tax every year to cover the costs of the Johnstown flood. It's on alcohol. I moved out of Pennsylvania, so I don't have to anymore. My favorite along these lines is and you're still paying it.
