The Gospel Coalition and the Reformed Tradition in the United States
Tim Keller and Don Carson co-founded the gospel coalition in 2005. They wanted to help churches stay focused on the gospel, not slide into liberalism or political partisanship. What is reformed theology? It comes out of the late 19th, early 20th centuries, especially in the Netherlands. But Tim held it in a very evangelical manner as his mentor Ed Clowney has shown him.
