How to Use Soft Focus to See the Aura
A soft focus is when you allow your eyes to lose focus a little bit. You start to be able to see generalized shapes as opposed to specific details. When I'm looking to see the aura and I'm looking, using that soft focus, looking slightly past them, I consciously relax my eyes and the muscles in my face because that is something that I tense a lot without like unconsciously tensing it up. By relaxing that consciously, it helps like open it up so I can see stuff alittle bit. So then you can see that thin line, that Starhawk calls Wraith and that blurry area.
