So it's really designed for people with borderline personality, self harm, suicidal ideation. For someone like me who's hopeless,. You were a very good candidate for it. And it's worthless and hopeless. But I know that I'm meant to be here. Like I live, breathe dbt and self compassion because it is that's what's changed my life. DBT has been good for you Absolutely. Yeah. Game changer. That's powerful.
