The New Distributed Systems - You'll Never Get Paid for That
Many of the problems that show up in these systems, we'll never show up in your alerts, or else you're over allerting as they're localized. This is another of things different from about the systems that we have now. In the old style of systems, it used to be that everyone shared the same pools,. And so they all had roughly the same experience. With these new distributed systems, i mean, like o s, you had a 99 point five % reliability in tyhe old system. Well, that meant that everyone's erroring like point five % of the time.
