I wonder if you grade students on their self pacing. If you use grades as a self pacing tool, a i do in my class at the like the number of lessons that you have mastered becomes a percentage grade out of the total number of lessons in the unit. I'm going to give a shout out here to the book on grating by susan bloom. Unbelievable A book that blew my mind away. And it was something that i needed to and i think all educators should definitely take a look at.
