Mike: I basically just had to help people solve problems if they actually help them with and what I realized was that the reason that they had the problems was because they were in a developmental perspective that caused those problems so it's almost like pulling back Mike and saying well the reason that people have those problems is they caused me. You always create problems at the level that you can't solve them and in order to solve most of them you got to go to the next level so how do you make that transition?
