Michael Zell: How Donald Trump wants to play this depends on what the Justice Department would like to do. If he elects to make a spectacle of it wanting to be handcuffed or go out in front of the court and talk about how he's the most persecuted person in the history of America, then you'll have a street scene that really won't be controllable as easily. So hopefully he'll do the right thing and just try this case in the court of law, but you know, Donald Trump is, Donald Trump, and he'll do what he thinks is in his best interest irrespective of whether it's in the national or the city's best interest.
