In a draft opinion, the Supreme Court will rule on whether Indiana and Kentucky can ban abortion if it's undertaken because of race or sex. The judge argues that these laws are nothing more than an attempt to prevent abortion from fulfilling its quotu eugenic potential. He also says margaret sanger worked hand and glove with the eugenicis of the 19 twenties to cite family planning clinics in black neighborhoods.
