How to Deal With Fear Overnight

Distracting yourself something might be an example of a compulsion, exactly. And so a lot of people like me, like, i don't have outward compulsions. It's all inward. So maybe the thing with, like, marathons, or like, the example of in doin the litany against fears, is to deal with physical pain where it helps you get through it and to have something else to focus on. If it's emotional pain, you can't really get rid of it in the same way.
