Refinance Rate Is Not Going to Have Problems Any Soon
The investment rate is not going to have problems anytime soon from a refinancing standpoint. The most obvious thing historically is nothing just everything works in waves. But we could easily see like, I can't call the timing, but let's just say the second half of this year, you know, inflation numbers come back up and everybody's going to act like they got caught with their pants down.
