As the l p, would you want your manager to distribute the stock and mark the time there? Or leave it up to the manager to say were oure going to hold it as a public company? To me, it just doesn't make sense. You know, ultimately you've got to ask like, are they a good steward of that capital? Yes, no. Ah, but if you're not actively involved with the company, so if you're a seedin ester and you get the exact same information that everyone else gets, why should you get paid to manage the money on behalf of your l ps once the company goes public?"
