He would sell at its peak 10,000 copies of Poor Richard's Almanac every year in a community with somewhere around 60,000 people. That level of penetration is like somebody selling today if they lived in America like 50 million copies of their writings every year. Charlie Munger was influenced by Benjamin Franklin so much that the main containment of all of his ideas is named Poor Charlie's Almanac.
