If the actual dollar amount of the shares doesn't equal the 10% that you want to be invested so you're like not evenly invested. Some stocks or penny stocks some stocks are a couple dollars a share and some stocks are very expensiveso if you have small amounts of capital then when you go to try to split your portfolio up into many many many investments exactly you run into these rounding errors. It gets back into what I was saying earlier just like an infidelity between the math and the real world yeah implementation because it's really tough to get anything done right.
