Is Lviv Targeted by Putin?
The capital of culture in Ukraine has been targeted by Putin. Lviv has zero strategic or military value and it's been targeted precisely as an act of civilian terrorism. A hospice rural hospice, which should be looking after terminally or patients from the local community around Lviv is treating war trauma victims. They're not really knowing how to care for war trauma victims at all they don't have that training. And the staff are almost literally working round the clock doing everything they can to help each other because there is nothing else you can do in a war.
