Will the Clones Really Get the Opportunity to Fight Back?

I feel like they opened a halfway house or some sort of charity to rehabilitate these guys and civilian life. But you know, on the other side, the coin, will the clones even get the opportunity to fight back? It seems like they're just being completely taken out of the picture. And if the creatives behind the show don't recognize that opportunity, then I don't know what's going on.
