The Future of Instant Bank Payments

Bright uses open banking technology to let people make instant bank payments. But the first generation of companies in Europe are more focused on letting consumers make payments directly to merchant accounts. So for example, a payment that goes into an account over the weekend and isn't executed until Monday morning could introduce fraud risk or credit risk. Bright's Instant Payment Network aims to address this problem with its IPN.
