Are You a Flexible and Equal Opportunity, East, East Westi?

i like to think of myself as as flexible and equal opportunity, east, east westi haven't have an interesting background in this regard. So i've been steeped in those traditions for a long time,. thinking about them, miner in eastern philosophy as a college student. But where i really see there being a lot of value is using the methods of psychology and neurosi  to look at how certain kinds of eastern contemplative practices actually work. And so so i'm happy to talk to folks from either side of the aisle, so to speak.
