In most markets, it's a lot harder to get into commercial property than is residential property. The problem with businessis, i go and look at commercial real estate all tom you'll see businesses that sit there for over a year. This one does kind of resemble passive because, y you know, you find the rightbut will get into it but it is one of those things where you could ntally set it and forget it.
