Sleep loss specifically causes this desire, oraleast this action towards physically wanting separation from people. Yet that goes back to the brain activity that we were looking at. When you think about sleep, it's really a solitary function. We withdraw ourselves from the environment slowly as preparation for going into sleep. And i think that process intensifies when we sleep deprives some hone. This just reminds me, being a new mam, yes, sleep lus is one of the greatest risk factors for post part in depression.
