Wine connoisseurs claim to be able to pin point smells and tastes in a bottle of wine. Do you have an opinion about the claims? I think humans are just not very practised at smell, i'm sure that there certainly are people who are very good at identifying particular odors. We have a rich vocabulary for most of our words fer describing smell but they're borrowed from other senses or we've undeappreciated it. There are even entire cultures of people with rich smell vocabularies.
