Adam: I like to have a little more control and investment. And when something's told me out of your hands, it's not really a solid investment strategy. So that's one thing that I definitely, you know, if you're doing all the work yourself, it can be much more fulfilling. But I didn't enjoy that aspect of the business. The first deal that we did ended up sitting on the market for like six months. That just killed the returns.
