How Do You Learn to Be an R&D Head in the Industry?
I was only there for two and a half years. I left on the heels of Chris V. Barker being unceremoniously, like go by the board. And then the opportunity to come into a job that had a much greater potential for me to lead at a really different level. But you know, I agree with Jay. I have such a different perspective, not on what will work and what won't work, but on leadership and how to think about R&D in our business today than I did eight years ago.
