Is There a Need for Hypertrophy Meso Cycles for Lifters?

A power lifter should probably have a one or two hypertrophy meso cycle. The rest of the workout is simply dedicated to growing. I would like eight weeks of no barbell in their hands and no repetitions under ten. Those are body parts those are your bicepsThose are your lats we need to take them all apart train them independently of the actual machine, then when we put it back in the machine and ain't gonna run right.
