Cricket's Culture Is Rotten
Individuals are fearful of raising complaints. They fear victimisation, they fear that nothing will be done. There is a massive trust deficit. And I'm afraid to say that we couldn't help but conclude that cricket's culture is rotten. We wouldn't have been set up if there had not been an indication that something isn't well within cricket. But I've got to say I was shocked. I was shocked by the extent of discrimination. This isn't just interpersonal. It's structural. So it's baked into the processes and structures within cricket,. particularly in relation to the class.
