The Importance of Saline in Diagnosis

Avi: I still use more saline, but that's because I'm often using very low doses. At lower amounts, like 500 cc's, I think the issues probably are less apparent. The two situations that I use it for still are hypovolemic hyponatremia and contraction alkylosis from someone who has been vomiting a lot.
