This is the first randomized clinical trial on DSI versus RSI, right? We had we've had an observational study that I think I've reviewed before on rebel EM. But this is the first RCT looking at these two. It asks a clinically important question because it's been based on expert opinion whether we should be doing DSI or RSI.
