The Difference Between Running and Cycling Fitness

I think my big, my big thunder thighs mean that spinning I always feel quite good at because I've got quite a lot of leg muscle. But then running I can think, oh this is a very similar motion and similar muscles that I'm using but I suppose you're not holding your whole weight don't you? You're not. With running because I'm a bit heavier, I think it does make a big difference to my cardio when I'm having to sort of hold my whole body upright rather than being able to use the bike as a bit of support. It's like the difference between playing the piano and the cello because with a piano your notes are already made for you like
